Questions
- What counts as a piece?
- A piece is a single mailed item — one envelope to one recipient — regardless of page count. Additional pages are billed per page on top of the base piece rate.
- When is the daily cutoff?
- Letters submitted before the daily production cutoff are produced and inducted into USPS the next business day. Submissions after cutoff move to the following business day.
- Do you mail internationally?
- Rush Mail focuses on domestic US mail at launch. Contact sales if international delivery is on your roadmap.
- How does postage work?
- Postage and USPS fees are pass-through at cost and itemized per piece. You pay our per-piece production rate plus actual postage.
- Can I get a refund for a failed send?
- If a piece fails to produce on our side, you are not charged for it. Once a piece is inducted into USPS, postage is non-refundable.
